This week hit the Spot

1. New Chance

Well, it was Monday this week when I received a phone call. It's an announcement from a job I've almost forgotten.Then I had an interview on Thursday and passed it. Ya, a little bit of happiness. The much more important thing was that the sister who I interviewed me is a fashion blogger. Yayyyyyyyy!!!!!! I've followed her for a long time and totally been addicted to her style. Having a chance to talk to her is so amazing. She's shinning and sweet. I'm pretty surpised when she comes from the North (In my imagination, she's Saigonese). So, this is my first job maybe if i don't mention my 2-month intership at a fashion company now. I'll tell abt it later. So...hope that this job can make me develop my stylish skill.

2. Early Birthday Gifts
This tiny pig cool mist air humidifier is definitely a hit of this week. My aunt n uncle gave it to me as my birthday present. It can balance the humidity in my room, cool off the air in the extreme heat and keep my skin soft and moisturized. It has been the best gift ever in this such boiling hot weather.

 

The second gift is from my crazie younger sis Albee: Blue Pastel Pants from LIBÉ. It's so nice of her to urge me to go to the shop. I went crazy because of the Purflow Top when I combined them together. So, I decided to buy both. Maybe it was money wasting but it's worth to a girl. Rite? I'll have this outfit photoshot soon.

3. Releasing

I had such a damn cool night hanging out w my friends. My energy is totally released. Enery is st like battery. If u wanna the machine operate well, u need to run the battery out. It's not good to recharge it when it's still full. Maybe I've been so stiff and in my comfort zone for so long. No need so say anymore. Just watch the video.



I also had a reunion w my little family Gia Trang Mất Nóc too. We enjoyed beefsteak, ice-cream and Circle K Noodles at midnight. Always feel safe n sound <3

5. Project Runway
It's on now. I look forward to seeing how they show their personalities n skills.

And....So excited to be challenged next week.

A lost Moment

Sweater in detail

Truth be told, I wanna show this style such a long time ago. Vintage style is no longer new to anybody. If you're a big fan of Korean movie, I make sure that you not only can't ignore the movie Love Rain but also have a great fascination for vintage style. Though I don't absolutely own an gentle n innocent look as Yoonhee's (main actress), I have saying eyes and moody face, which makes me different in photos, not beautiful but unforgettable, i believe.

That it kept raining in Dalat fr time to time reminds me of this old movie, so I checked my wardrobe n came up with creating a vintage analogous outfit. 2 colors used are natural color combination of Pentunia: Fuchsia and Violet. To complete this feminine look, I did one-side fishtail braid and added my daddie's beret combined with a pairs of loafers and a tote. Being vintage but simple is the main key of this look's attraction.

You know, my friend Lanh n Heo came to Dalat to enjoy their holiday. They kept asking me where to take photos. I haven't visited Violet on Wednesday Cafe since February, 2013, so I suggested going to that bookcafe located in a charming garden and lied beside other romantic old villas. As you can see, most photos were taken in Violet on Wednesday Cafe. It's totally suitable for this fashion style due to its old construction n outside view.

We enjoyed some drinks there before discovering amazing photo backgrounds outside. To be honest, cacao ice-cream made my day. Sitting in an armchair which is not more comfortable, enjoying a marvellous drink, seeing soft sunlights running  and melting on the opposite person's hand.... there's no word that can exactly describe how peaceful it was. If you visit it and don't feel peaceful as I was, at least, you'll smile. I'm sure.

The reason why I name this entry "A lost moment" is this sentence: "Youth is like a heavy rain. Even though you catch a cold from it, you still look forward to experiencing it once again". Until now, I've made a lot of mistakes. I've taken a lot of risks to follow my dream. Every sencond passed by, it might be mistake, it might be good choice. And thanks to them, the portrait of my youth is being created. And whatever the hell it was, I didn't regret. What u did is not as important as what u will do after all. I don't wanna waste any moment of my youth worrying abt what happend n what has not happend yet. Just keep moving forward. I'm scared but if dream doesn't scare you, it's not big enough n it's also not worth doing :) Rite?

My new hobby: Becoming an #Instagrammer

I've made up my mind to write my blog in English so far 'cause my English has seriously gone bad. I' ve nearly forgotten my vocabulary, idiom and grammar. You know, I used to specialize in English at a gifted high school. So shamed on me now:( Hope that Practicing E by writing this blog will help me review what I forgot. The more important reason is that I wanna have a shot at winning fashion design full schoolarship at IFA. It's so competitive, I know. But I strongly believe that we get what we pay. So, once again try try try (jason mraz)

Humn....I've been back to my hometown 2 days ago. Absolutely my hometown is an ideal destination for this freedom day . However, it keeps raining cats n dogs these days. Travellers must have had much difficulties in visiting Dalat. 

We've 5 days off, so despite the bad weather, my buddies are still coming here soon, then we can hang out and do photoshoot, maybe in fog in the early morning. If the weather is not suitable for going out, we'll cook some special dishes and enjoy them while watching a movie. We're so so excited that we prepared for this holiday abt 1 week ago=]] So hope that it'll be great as expected

To make this entry not boring (actually it's still), i add some photos I've taken. They're my achievement after hardly being editted by some mobile apps. I realized that art of food arranging together with following minimalists will become my new hobby. So I have intention of setting a goal to be an instargrammer 'cause I can find interest in everything related to food or st simple w black/white background.
